Catherine Heinemeyer;

Cath Heinemeyer (a.k.a. Nettlefoot Kate – there’s a story behind it!) has been a professional storyteller since 2008.  She works with both adults and children in settings formal and informal, and is delighted at the range of settings storytelling brings her to: women’s community groups, teacher training courses, local environment centres, schools, forests, theatres, university psychology classrooms, festivals, museums…  She is most at home working in woods and parks, and the focus of her telling is often ecology, nature and community, guided by her belief in storytelling as the way people think and learn best.  She has led many workshops helping others develop their storytelling skills.
