Telling Arts have been heavily involved in supporting the City of York Council’s York Stories 2012 initiative. This has involved many separate projects which can be explored by clicking on the above link.
Through 2012 Telling Arts celebrated their launch with monthly free storytelling sessions at York Explore! While these are not available at present Telling Arts practitioners can tell/perfrom stories at the drop of a hat – why not contact us for a quote for your forthcoming events.
A devised storytelling show that has enjoyed a successful workshop performance and is undergoing further development.
Each of the Telling Arts Directors have played a significant part of the family and children’s element of the Galtres festivals 2011 and 202, helping it to be shortlisted for the UK festival award for family entertainment. We also provided entertainment and workshops at Scarborough’s Future of Music Festival in 2012.
